Cleo Loizou is the Head of the International Business Department at Nasos A. Kyriakides & Partners LLC, where she advises an international client base on a broad range of cross-border corporate, commercial and banking matters. Having joined the firm in 2006, she has developed extensive experience in international business structuring, corporate transactions and strategic legal advisory services.

Initially practicing in litigation, Cleo represented both corporate and private clients in commercial and civil disputes before transitioning to corporate and commercial law in 2009. Since then, she has focused on advising international corporations, private investors and high-net-worth individuals on the establishment, management and reorganisation of corporate structures in Cyprus and internationally.

Her practice encompasses corporate and commercial law, international tax planning, banking and finance, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, legal due diligence, and the drafting and negotiation of complex commercial agreements. As Head of the International Business Department, Cleo oversees the administration of significant international corporate portfolios, coordinating multi-jurisdictional transactions and ensuring full compliance with Cyprus and European regulatory requirements.
